According to MIU Press Center, the minister of higher education said, ''besides Theology and Humanities, we intend to have other academic exchanges with Al-Mustafa University. This is the only way to expand mutual ties between the two nations.''
The minister explained that Iran's universities including Al-Mustafa enjoy a good ranking and said, ''we are glad to observe such good events in Iran''.

· supervising about 40 institutes
· supervising more than 200 centers in 60 countries
· supporting hundreds of seminary schools across the globe
· Having more than 20000 alumni
· Running 120 programs and fields of study in post-diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD level as well as seminary levels.
· Establishing 100 faculties in Al-Mustafa Universities
· Having 3000 academic staffs
· Having about 2000 researchers and authors having academic works in 20 languages
· Establishing various research centers locally and internationally
· Organizing 100 journals and 100 websites in different languages by the students
· Publishing more than 50 journals in 10 languages in Iran and other countries

Ayatollah A'arafi also made speech and introduced Al-Mustafa University and said, ''in terms of programs, and depth of knowledge, Al-Mustafa is one of the pioneers among academic centers. Al-Mustafa inherits 1000 of years of seminary experience.''
The president of Al-Mustafa University said, ''the activities of Al-Mustafa's alumni and scholars is undeniable in terms of political and social aspects.''

Al-Mustafa has educated about 25000 international students coming from 120 countries. More than half of the students study in Iran and the rest study in international schools of Al-Mustafa. Such figures are rare in the history of seminary schools. Other activities of Al-Mustafa includes:
